Capabilities
All of our training programmes are bespoke and
experiential in nature. We specialise in defining the behaviours that generate
success and we can give each delegate feedback on how they apply those
behaviours - either on the programme or in the workplace.
Experiential Training
All our programmes are built upon audience involvement.
We use a mixture of approaches to ensure that the audience is an "active"
participant. Each delegate will get the opportunity to practice the skills we
are teaching.
Defining Behaviours
If you already have a competency / capability framework
in place, we will incorporate this into our programmes. If not, we can design
one for you. In either situation it is identifying the correct behaviours for
success that ensures success.
Feedback
Each delegate will receive structured feedback from
both the facilitators and their peers. We also offer the opportunity to
benchmark your staff before and after our intervention, so you can measure
return on investment.
