I have been a Samaritan volunteer for over 3 years. In that time I have taken responsibility for ongoing branch training and the training of prisoners in Northallerton Young Offender’s Institute to become "Listeners". Currently I am Director of the branch which allows me to practice my leadership skills.

I am also Vice Chair of Governors at the local village Primary school.

Hobbies/Interests

An avid reader and film buff! Saddled with a season ticket for Newcastle United, but still enjoy football, especially when it involves any of my 3 boys! Armchair music fan.
